Creating Opportunities to Manage, Plan, Adapt, Sustain, and Succeed

COMPASS is a 6-week self-management program for individuals living with early-stage dementia. Using The Dementia Self-Management Guidebook developed in partnership with people living with dementia through the DEER Program at the University of Nevada, Reno, participants learn practical strategies to maintain independence, manage changes, and support their well-being. Through discussion, reflection, and peer connection, participants build confidence and develop personalized approaches for living well with dementia.
